```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their designated tables
- Provide menus and assist with seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage waitlists and ensure efficient seating of guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional customer service
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
