The Facilities Manager reports to property’s General Manager with support from our corporate operations team.
Overall duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting in the development and management of the maintenance budget
- Maintaining preventative maintenance program
- Overseeing maintenance staff and delegating tasks accordingly
- Handling all escalated work orders
- Tracking and reporting on work order status
- Handling purchase orders for all maintenance inventory
- Ensuring that grounds are picked up daily and are in pristine condition
- Overseeing all quarterly inspections and addressing any outstanding maintenance issues immediately
- Assisting in vendor selection and supervision during Turn
- Overseeing all maintenance teams during the course of the year, as well as Turn
- Assisting in the oversight/supervision of third party contractors working on-site
- Customer Service

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
