We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the staffing industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- 1 Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Present our staffing services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and unique benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing proposals and solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the staffing industry or related field.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client meetings and industry events.
