The Client Service Representative will work hand in hand with all divisions to provide outstanding customer service to all clients. This position includes calling former and existing clients to ensure that customers are satisfied with Spartan Emergency Water Removal and maintaining accurate records to help management with identifying areas of improvement.
Spartan Emergency Water Removal is a USMC Disabled Veteran owned and operated company specializing in water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services and proudly serving residents of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond, and surrounding areas with a strong military staff. Key Responsibilities
- Place calls to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction is being met.
- Place calls to former clients to determine areas of improvement and success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to submit to management.
