Dynamic creative firm located in Los Angeles is looking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their fast-paced team. As the team admin, you will support several executives with their busy and ever-changing calendars. This is a 3-months contract to start with 3-4 days a week onsite.

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
- Must reside in Los Angeles area.
- 3+ years experience supporting multiple executives in an administrative role, ideally in a dynamic, creative environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, flexible team player with a strong sense of urgency, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Quick to integrate and ready to take on additional responsibilities, from minor tasks to major projects.
Responsibilities Include
- Ensure smooth operations with expert administrative support and calendar management.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met and updates are timely.
- Seamlessly coordinate meetings and travel, handling bookings for flights, hotels, conference spaces, and catering.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, materials, and notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Keep internal information up-to-date by managing contact lists, databases, files, and expenses.
- Collaborate with other admins to efficiently handle schedule changes.
