Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Certified Mental Performance Coach to join our team. You will provide one-on-one and group services for athlete and non-athlete clients. This role requires passion, creativity, and collaboration to support our clients and create new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and create personalized development plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to athlete and non-athlete clients.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops for teams and departments within teams and client organizations.
- Continuously monitor and track client progress and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sport and performance psychology to continuously improve our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Spearhead initiatives to expand market reach and fostered strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or above in areas of Sport Psychology, Performance Psychology, Exercise Science, or related field.
- Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in sport/performance psychology with tactical, athletic, or corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of leadership development theories and practices.
- Exceptional knowledge of relevant content areas, including the fields of sport psychology, executive coaching, management/leadership, organizational development, talent development, and performance enhancement development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills to balance competing client demands.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other coaching software/tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Tolerance and stamina for change within a growing business and startup environment. Must be able to tolerate change and be an active contributor to problem-solving as part of a high-level consulting team.
- Flexibility and adaptability when working with clients, colleagues, and addressing organizational needs.

Pay: $40.00 - $150.00 per hour
