As an Investment Advisor within our new division, you will play a crucial role in advising and managing our clients' wealth. Your expertise will guide clients through the complexities of investment planning, all while benefiting from the support and resources provided by our affiliation with Avantax Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive investment strategies tailored to the financial goals and risk tolerance of each client.
- Utilize Avantax's proprietary tools and resources to provide informed investment advice and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with our CPA team to integrate tax-optimized strategies into clients' investment plans.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to offer proactive and strategic advice.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service, transparency, and regular communication.
- Represent Polk and Associates and Avantax with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFP®, CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment advisory role.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and a strong understanding of the financial markets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Current Series 65 or 66 license required.
