Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-opening and closing of buildings
-shipping and receiving packages as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with installation and service coordination
- Assist sales and service/install dept
- Proofread documents for grammar and spelling errors
- Prepare and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Serve as a personal assistant to upper management
- passing out fliers in new communities as needed
- placing job signs in new construction areas as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a sales/marketing or service department a plus
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment

Pay: $18.37 - $18.98 per hour
