The Derm Institute (TDI), is a Boutique Style Cosmetic Dermatology practice; where we believe that healthy, beautiful skin is attainable for every patient. We are looking for a part-time Social Media Assistant to work on our social media strategy and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role helps shape the brand image and engage with our patients in a meaningful way.
What You’ll Do:
· Collaborate with the doctor, marketing director, and practice manager to brainstorm new and innovative social strategies.
· Create and implement social media strategies to achieve objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.
· Execute social media publishing and content ideas on all social media platforms, as well as assisting with content creation.
· Produce on-trend social videos for social platforms (current trends, seasonal, etc.).
· Develop and maintain monthly social calendars and posting times, aligning with larger Marketing calendar.
Qualifications:
· Experience growing a social media presence.
· Excellent references and ability to showcase previous work.
· Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets.
· Proficient in creating engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for specific platforms.
· Bring authenticity, wit, humor, relatability, confidence, enthusiasm, joy, and a unique perspective.
· Self-starter with strong project management skills including managing deadlines.
· Highly motivated, proactive, and organized.
Compensation: $25 an hour - 20 hours a month

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
