Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Floating Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations across multiple burger restaurants within our franchise network. As a Floating GM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent operational excellence, driving profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all assigned locations. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and support restaurant managers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to restaurant managers and their teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular visits and inspections to assess operational performance, food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Implement operational procedures, policies, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues promptly.
- Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance:
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve guest experience and address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all locations.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance metrics such as sales, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct budget planning, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Compliance and Operational Standards:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Uphold franchise standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or multi-unit manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably within a burger restaurant or similar fast-casual setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and drive consistent operational standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
