Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physician recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including HR sourcing, social media management, and lead generation, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician recruitment or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive compensation packages for candidates
