Note that most roles are seasonal and estimated to last approximately 6 months in duration from mid April – October, subject to change based on business seasonality.

The stock polish role ensures the service team is consistently supplied with all supplies and equipment needed to successfully carry out their shifts, in addition to making sure that opening and closing checklists are completed to ensure the restaurant is ready for service and closed to operational standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain folded napkin pars
- Set up water pitchers to be ready for service
- Work with the porter team to return silverware and plates to service stations once washed and polished
- Ensure all glassware is polished perfectly and returned to service stations and bars
- Keep barista stations stocked with clean cups, saucers, tea pots, and silverwares
- Assist with the replenishment of milk and other supplies for the barista, should they run low during service
- Assist with replenishment of ice in ice buckets, should they be needed throughout shifts
- Ensure the back of the house areas are tended to by the front of the house teams - by keeping clean and orderly
- Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; Ability to stand for prolong periods of time and climb steps regularly.
- Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
The base pay for this position is $17.00 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
