Education, Experience, and Skills Preferred:
- Essential proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and fundamental accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with exceptional typing skills for precise data entry.
- Strong work ethic, organization, attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously with professionalism and ease.
- A self starter who actively seeks out innovative solutions and continuously improves processes.
- Flexibility is key; candidate should be able to assist in various office tasks as they arise, including weekly trips to the post office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are a must.

Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts receivables and payables.
- Handling incoming mail and managing receivables promptly.
- Completing additional assigned duties with diligence and attention to detail.
- Executing bill payment functions accurately and in a timely manner.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
