Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume, strategic services line growth, new physician recruitment, and increasing volume from existing physicians.
Designs and executes physician recruitment and marketing programs designed to increase patient volume.
Initiates, develops and maintains strong relationships to support top-line growth, governance, board/partnership interests and trust/confidence in NIFAS as a preferred provider.
Partners with Regional Lead and other NIFAS leaders to design and implement various growth initiatives and operational effectiveness.
Recommends long and short term strategic plans that drive best in class clinical, financial and operational results.
A CEO leads operational excellence
Responsible for collaborating with the financial team for practice‘s P&L, including managing financial controls.
Working with the Financial team implements and maintains annual strategic business plans that best serves the partnership and the local market dynamics.
Proactively collaborates with providers, COO, Financial team, & Managers to direct best practices related to clinical quality, volume growth and operational excellence.

Pay: $84,650.22 - $101,944.35 per year
