Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The provider will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team with our staff and other providers and will assist in delivering quality care to each and every patient.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient screenings, history and physical examinations, and follow up visits for acute and chronic care management
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Maintain timely documentation of patient encounters with note completion within 48 hours of the encounter
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
- Practice within scope of practice for the providers licensure
- Refer to outside specialists as appropriate, ensure timeliness of referrals
- Provide a timely response to refill requests
- Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualification and Skills
- Hold at least a Master’s degree in NP.
- Active, unencumbered Oklahoma license
- Current DEA/ OKBNDD license, or the ability to obtain
- Current prescriptive authority, or the ability to obtain
- Self-motivated
- Excellent personal responsibility

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Culturally competent, LGBTQIA2S+ aware and friendly

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $55.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
