The Opportunity
MultiCare Health System is seeking an Sr. Executive Assistant to support Physician Leadership within our organization. This is the senior level administrative support position, working with highly confidential and strategic business information and matters. Work situations are a variety of functions and complex special project work requiring organization in working with information relating to a wide variety of subject areas, policies, and programs. This position requires critical attention to detail; strong customer service skills; and discretion and good judgment when dealing with sensitive, privileged, and confidential information. This position has a wide variety of both internal and external contacts.

Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years of healthcare experience
- Previously supported physician leadership
- Previous experience working with a large complex organization (20k employees or larger)
- Previous Sr. EA to CEO, president, C-suite executive role
- Ability to work on-site in Tacoma
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple issues at once
- Ability to coordinate a very complex calendar that is ever changing
- Ability to develop r/s
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay & Benefits Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $65,707.00 - $94,578.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
