Responsibilities:
- Install, Setup, and troubleshoot Injection molding machines and equiptment
- Able to dignose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic problems on IMM, robots and machinery and supportive equiptment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical malfunctions
- Establishes and maintains the set points to produce high quality finished goods at the optimum cycle.
- Document repairs in the software tracking system
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
- Perform complex control troubleshooting, sensors, PLC, wiring ect.
- Perform proper start-up and shut-down for all plant equiptment.
Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with hydraulics and high voltage systems
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a injection molding
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills
