Responsibilities: - Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients - Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral issues - Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children and adolescents with behavioral disorders - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment - Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary - Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress Experience: - Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral disorders - Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans - Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, psychotherapy, and PTSD care - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation requirements (ICD-9, ICD-10) - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, parents, and other professionals Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
