Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish good relationships with project stakeholders and demonstrate your project management capabilities to build trust.
- Execute and deliver all contracted scopes according to best practices.
- Properly manage all contracted and subcontracted work.
- Obtain necessary building permits and strictly adhere to government guidelines for each permit and project.
- Comply with all OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Support the Project Director in handling change orders.
- Oversee site personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Successfully manage buyout, submittal process, quality control, safety compliance, scheduling, and project closeout.
- Maintain exceptional communication and customer service to provide the best experience for customers.
- Ensure that project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry benchmarks.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction management processes means, and methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- Respectful and Professional

Salary:
$100,000-120,000
