**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, and responding to emails.
Excel Spreadsheet work and Quickbook knowledge essential
- Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring all meetings and appointments are coordinated and organized.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with office management, including ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
- Use strong communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as an office assistant with a strong understanding of office procedures and customer service.
- Excellent typing skills and ability to accurately manage calendars and schedules.
- Strong proofreading skills, with attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documents.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in office management and customer service preferred.
