Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate. This opportunity offers both professional and financial growth potential for the right individual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Target and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively prospect and cold call potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients.
- Assist in providing pricing, terms, and proposals to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience in a related field is a plus but not necessary
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
