HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We are looking for passionate, bright, and hungry Technicians to join our team.
❖ Installation, focus, and strike of theatrical lighting equipment and temporary electrical
distribution
❖ Unload/load trucks as necessary during load-in/strike
❖ Follow direction from onsite leadership team
❖ Read and execute drafting and associated paperwork for productions
❖ Assist with other production disciplines as necessary (audio, video, rigging, and scenic)
WHO YOU NEED TO BE
❖ Minimum 2 years of experience as a stage/event electrician
❖ Experience working with conventional, LED, and automated lighting fixtures
❖ Working knowledge of basic electrical and rigging safety principles
❖ Comfortable working at heights (on ladders and lifts)
❖ Experience with temporary electrical power distribution, DMX, and related control signals
❖ Availability and willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
❖ Demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned tasks
❖ Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive, collaborative attitude when working with clients and co- workers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
❖ Experience with additional production disciplines such as audio, video, rigging, and fabrication
❖ Experience working with Astera Wireless LED and Robe and Elaton automated fixtures
❖ Experience with Obsidian NX2 and GrandMA consoles
❖ Able to lift up to 50 pounds
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
❖ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
❖ Ability to use boom lifts, forklifts, and drive large vehicles (16’ to 24’ box trucks – CDL Not
Required)
