Job Summary
JARONS FURNITURE OUTLET is looking for a part time/full time Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Computer Literate
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Ideal for someone looking to work part time hours
