Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist Food Service Coordinator in setting up and serving meals, packaging meals for delivery and cleaning of kitchen and equipment.- Operate standard kitchen equipment- Assist Food Service Coordinator in maintaining ongoing raw food and supply inventory.- Aids in maintaining all safety, health and fire prevention regulations.- Responsible for managing kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Coordinator
Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent, some experience in food preparation.
Physical Requirements: Heavy work, heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time.
