Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pools and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
- Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and clean swimming conditions
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities and chemical levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Install and replace pool equipment as needed
- Perform regular inspections of pool systems to identify any potential issues or hazards
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and best practices
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for equipment repair
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool equipment
- Familiarity with water chemistry and the ability to test and balance pool water
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
