General Description of the Position: This position is responsible for the well-being of children, families, and staff; Maintaining compliance with State Minimum Standard Rules, State and Federal Agencies, and Center policies; responsible for the daily operation of the Center; communication with parents, staff, and all government agencies; ensures a safe and educational environment for children; manage all staff; manage curriculum; responsible for overall image of the Center; works under the direction of the owner of the Center

Administrative

Meet and greet parents, visitors, children, and staff

Ensure compliance at all times with all local, state, and federal agencies

Point person for all local, state, and federal agencies

Ensure all inspections are current and fees are paid

Set up appointments as needed

Develop marketing plan

Works with owner for financial responsibilities

Upkeep of past due parent accounts

Oversees equipment and supply purchases

Works with owner to ensure maintenance of facility and equipment
