Description of the Role:
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick in Natick, Massachusetts. They will ensure exceptional guest service, efficient front desk operations, and smooth coordination with various hotel departments including Housekeeping and Breakfast.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the hotel
- Ensure excellent guest service by training and mentoring staff
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Oversee housekeeping operations
- Oversee breakfast staff
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in operating hotel management systems
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the hotel industry
