Leading Company in the Audio and Video Industry is seeking an Executive Assistant/Contract Administrator to join the corporate team in Inglewood, CA. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporation, the ability to assist with contract administration, and feel confident reporting directly to the principals of the company.
This is a full time opportunity with benefits, a competitive salary, and an excellent working environment. This role will be required to work in office M-F during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Assist with Contract Administration tasks
- Processes and tracks all agreements received by the contracts department.
- Provides general administrative support
- Maintains the organization of the department’s contracts and compliance records.
- Able to create graphs and charts based on data
- Completes accurate meeting minutes, schedules meetings, prepares materials/presentations, hand outs and schedules training as needed.
- Assist with other relevant tasks as directed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Contracts Administrator
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills is a must

Pay: $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
