Imperial Surveillance is looking to add an experienced Customer Service Representative to our Arlington Heights corporate office. This will be a full-time in the office position. Imperial Surveillance is a Full-Service Licensed Security company that specializes in Video Surveillance, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Fire Alarms, Intercoms, and other Low Voltage Systems. Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers primarily through inbound calls.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, requests, and tickets.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Good attendance is a MUST for this position.
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm with customers who are stressed or upset.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
