The Control Center Video Surveillance Monitoring Analyst will join an established team of professionals who are respected for dedication and loyalty.
What our work looks like
Noralta Technologies is seeking a Video Surveillance Monitoring Analyst who would be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities in support of assisting and expanding Noralta’s customers.
Responsibilities:
- View and monitor remote video surveillance and thermal cameras for problems on sites.
- Out-bound calls to all clients – notification of issues, trouble shooting on service, etc. (can involve after-hours call outs).
- Continual communication with our technical staff and clients located in the field
- Alarm Management, response to and providing solutions to the client.
- Technical help and troubleshooting using a calm, multi-tasking approach.
- Focus on improving techniques and efficiencies with implementation of technology.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) in English, this skill is a must have.
- 2 or more years of remote video surveillance monitoring experience.
- Computer hardware/software competency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Reliable, positive, and self-motivated, displaying strong customer service aptitude.
- Preference given to those with post-secondary education (or equivalent experience), preferably in a Petroleum-related field allowing an understanding of the technology and sites being monitored.
- Previous oilfield operating experience as well as SCADA experience would be considered assets.
- Network, programming, database administration and other technological knowledge would be considered an asset.

- This position is in The Woodlands, TX. Applicants will be responsible for their own transportation to the Control Center.
