Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Senior Revit Manager to lead our drafting and modeling team. This role requires extensive experience with Revit software and a deep understanding of architectural and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the development of detailed 3D models and drawings for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Revit department, overseeing all projects and ensuring deliverables meet the required specifications and deadlines.
- Develop and implement Revit standards and workflows to improve project efficiency and data quality.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate multidisciplinary design approaches into unified models.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the Revit team, including training and mentoring junior staff.
- Perform quality control checks on Revit models and associated documents.
- Stay updated with the latest Revit features and industry practices, implementing best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of Revit families and libraries according to project needs.
- Collaborate with IT and software providers to troubleshoot issues and optimize Revit performance.
- Prepare reports and documentation for upper management regarding the status of projects and the performance of the Revit team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a Revit-centric role within an architectural or engineering firm.
- Proven managerial experience and strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and its application in large-scale projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in other BIM and CAD software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: $90,911.49 - $109,484.80 per year
