Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement a strategic vision for the sales department, aligned with the company's overall goals.

Provide hands-on leadership to the sales team, guiding and mentoring salespeople to achieve and exceed targets.

Utilize effective coaching techniques to enhance the sales skills of team members and foster a high-performance culture.

Oversee lead generation processes and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.

Act as the quarterback for leads, ensuring timely distribution to the sales team.

Motivate park managers to proactively pursue sales opportunities and provide ongoing support to enhance their sales capabilities.

Personally handle sales calls, demonstrating effective communication and closing skills to convert prospective buyers into clients.

Drive the closing process by employing persuasive sales techniques and overcoming objections.

Foster a customer-centric approach, building strong relationships with clients and tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, develop careers – daily.
DOS “Key Performance Indicators” (KPIs):

Drive Sales - Ensure all inside sales goals are being met daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

Establish individual & team performance targets. These targets will be mutually agreed upon by management.

Lead management - Check daily activity, and set follow-up tasks. Adjust as necessary.

Lead Generate alongside other Sales Associates.

Hold weekly accountability meetings with every team member.
Qualifications:-
At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
