ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will report directly to the Office Manager.

Greeting, answering phones, assisting clients and patrons, light filing

The Ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients and patrons. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. This person has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask.
PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

Receptionist engages with all departments as necessary.

All work will take place at front desk of the ATG San Antonio office building.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

Guest services – Welcome guest, employees, and patrons who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.

Administration – send out and receive mail, documents, and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes and offices as requested. File and keep good records. Any other miscellaneous duties.
