We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team as an Associate Program Director. The Associate Program Director will play a key role in the development, implementation, and oversight of social service programs aimed at improving the well-being of our community. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement innovative social service programs that address the needs of our target population.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to social work staff, interns, and volunteers, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
- Oversee case management activities, including assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of services for clients.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions for staff on topics such as trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and crisis intervention.
- Monitor program outcomes and client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality assurance measures.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and expand program reach.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications to support program initiatives and sustainability.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as budget management, report writing, and program evaluation.
Requirements:
- Master of Social Work from an accredited institution.
- LMSW licensure in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health, with the homeless, and/or justice systems.
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.

Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
