Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal and Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a legal office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing legal documents
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Operate phone systems and computerize information accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or medical setting
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with calendar management software
- Experience with project coordination is a plus
