SFD Trading Inc., a well-established and successful diamond and fine jewelry wholesale company in the heart of San Francisco, is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant. Experience Required
- Digitally proficient – comfortable in a PC-based environment
- Proven experience in a personal assistant or administrative role
- Experienced and fully functional with Microsoft Office and Google Suite apps
- CRM experience a major plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Jewelry industry experience helpful but not required

Job Tasks Will Include
- Scheduling and calendar maintenance
- Personal assistant skills to provide support to the office owner
- Shipping & receiving/mail processing
- Inventory control
- Client communication/correspondence via phone, text, email
- Data entry
- Assisting with preparations for client meetings
- Assisting with product photography
- Assisting owners with email communication and client follow up contact
- Errands and miscellaneous tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
