Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a CRUCIAL ROLE in our organization, shaping the unforgettable experiences for customers who choose us for their vacations. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS, ultimately fostering customer retention through COLLABORATION with your team. The ideal candidate is personable, possesses strong communication skills, and remains composed under pressure.
You will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, resolve complaints, and provide HELPFUL SOLUTIONS. You will create OPPORTUNITIES to retain your customers by collaborating with your teams. The ideal candidate is friendly, has strong communication skills, and is calm under pressure.
Your attention to detail, innovative PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES, professionalism, and organizational skills will be pivotal for success in this role.

We are hiring for the following shifts: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Every Other Saturday, 10:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. and
Monday - Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Every Other Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Other Important Qualifications:
- One year of work experience within a fast-paced call center or service environment is a plus.

- Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment.

- Bilingual Skills (Spanish preferred).
Interview Process:
We will be conducting Interview sessions By Invitation Only, on:
Thursday, June 20 at 11:30 a.m. and, 1:00 p.m. and,
Monday-Thursday, June 24-27 at 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Training is 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (M-F) and begins on Monday, July 1 for approximately 10 days (there will be no training on July 4, however, we will conduct training on Friday, July 5).
Training time is paid and is 100% Required attendance for all hires.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer and phone, typically in a cubicle environment with constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting.
