OVERVIEW
The House Person upholds the cleanliness and orderly presentation of the Inn at the WAC’s guest rooms and public areas. This role also assists Members to ensure their needs are promptly and professionally addressed.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Restock and maintain linen closets
- Respond to radio calls in a timely manner
- Deliver and maintain rollaway beds, cots, cribs
- Report items/areas in need of repair
- Perform guestroom and corridor carpet extractions
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a hotel or similar facility preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
