Customer Service Representative will assist clients with their insurance needs; find answers to questions & resolve problems working by either telephone, in person or by email. Will assist Account Executive in servicing the customers' needs & monitor any special needs. Will process/review renewals, applications, endorsements, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards & other items as needed or requested by client. Will review policy information to verify accuracy & prevent errors/omissions. Will create & maintain computer files. Will contact carriers regarding applications, renewal premiums, coverages, changes & any items needed to service the client. Will quote/issue & cross-sell business. Will work with other associates of the office & assist where needed.
Candidates with commercial/personal lines experience strongly preferred.
