Job Title: Construction Program Manager
Job Description: BRAVO Group currently has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Program Manager. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' of diverse technical experience in the construction or design fields. 5 years must have been managing all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple large projects and priorities
- Oversee budgets and changes on the projects
- Analyze technical costs and requirements
- Oversee schedules, understand legal contracts
- Work with contractors, engineers, architects and project managers to keep the projects on track
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years' of diverse, technical experience in the construction or design fields.
- 6 years' of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience with NYC SCA projects (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and obtain project’s technical, cost and schedule objectives.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture and/or a Construction related field from an accredited college or university.
Salary: $110,000-$160,000
