Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure the office operates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, Quickbooks logging and reports, logging payroll information, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Coordinate projects by organizing files, conducting research, and providing administrative support.
- Support executives as a personal assistant in daily tasks and scheduling.
- Utilize Outlook for email correspondence, calendar management, and document creation.
- Maintain office organization by managing files, records, and supplies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Outlook for email, calendar, and document management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for file and office management.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
-Experience with Quickbooks and payroll software.
