We are hiring for a Pharmaceutical Support firm. Seeking candidates with previous healthcare, pharmacy and customer support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for members and assure members meet plan eligibility requirements
- Document and record all interactions in CRM in a timely manner
- Inquire and analyze available financial assistance programs for specialty drugs that are prescribed for active members
- Extensive internal and external customer service should be provided; promptly and accurately respond to any requests from customers; escalates complaints as necessary
- Ensure excellent customer service and experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Pharmaceutical and healthcare reimbursement experience is a plus!
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detailed orientated
Details:

- Pay: $22-24 per hour
