Overview:
Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is currently looking for an experienced Program Analyst to support the F35 Joint Program Office in Crystal City, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Senior Program Analyst subject matter expertise (SME) support to the F-35 Assistant Program Director (APD) for Production
- Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success; Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
- Tracks program/project status and schedules, including integration with APDs across the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) organization
- Responsible for assisting in the coordination efforts regarding programmatic, technical, and sustainment areas, including program management, systems engineering, personnel management, scheduling, risk management, contracting, acquisition, budgeting/funding, configuration management, integration, testing, life cycle logistics and training.
- Support and drive the execution of the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Acquisitions/PMT Team.
- Continuously monitors schedules and requirements and modifies procurement documentation based on the specific needs of the customer and stakeholders and conducts meetings with various Program Management Offices (PMOs) within the F-35 JPO to ensure milestones are being met.
Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of experience performing work in the program analysis and management field
- Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
- A minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning
- At least three (3) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP)
- Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment
- Knowledge of the FAR for the development of contracts and contract modifications required for the acquisition of logistics supportability products
- Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, schedules, and DoD reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of Service and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life- cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series), to include DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2, DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03, and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
