Job Posting: Sales Coordinator - Chain
Beauty 21 Cosmetics, Inc., a leading cosmetic manufacturer- brands of L.A. GIRL and L.A. COLORS Cosmetics, located in Ontario, California, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator (Chain Sales). The ideal candidate must possess project management skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator – Chain will maintain communication with Account Specialists and Account Managers providing support to various chain clients and act as the in house main point of contact from an end -to-end support perspective.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Maintain a good working relationship with all Account Managers and internal and external clients.
· Provide good customer service with follow-up on any /all requests on behalf of the Account Managers.
· Ability to work on multiple projects/accounts ensuring orders are accurate and making any necessary adjustments/corrections for successful completion.
· Partner with Account Managers to solve internal and external discrepancies on order(s).
· Create presentations using PowerPoint for products.
· Expert in using Excel to maintain vendor and product information for successful completion of projects.
· Provide a high level of customer service in answering vendor inquiries and solving with questions on products, placing orders, and shipping status.
· Coordinate post meeting follow-up scheduling and hosting meeting and sending email follow up.
· Maintain task lists in order to ensure timely and thorough completion of projects.
· Process and enter new sales orders and prepare product sample kits in partnership with onsite warehouse operations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration or a related field, preferred.
· 2+ years’ experience within sales, projects, or warehouse coordinating, or buyer/planner role in a fast past, high-capacity role.
- Must be multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
· Experience with providing support to accounts and account managers.
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
· Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
· Proficient written, verbal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
· Excellent project management skills.
· Teamwork orientation as well as the ability to work well independently to make sure tasks are completed.
· Ability to write reports, sales presentations, business correspondence.
· Must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Punctual, with strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Hours: Full Time position, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, On-Site (No work from home or Hybrid available).
