Job Responsibilities
Manage multiple jobs daily, including bookkeeping, file payroll report, pay bills, handle insurance needs, keep office supplied and general office duties.
Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, billing, ongoing project updates , prepare up to date budget reports weekly.
Prepare contract drafts for review by Seinor staff. Prepare miscellaneous office related paperwork.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required;
Experience Procore, QuickBooks, certified payroll. Past experience greatly considered. Must show experience!!
Must be organized, quick learner, willing to train.
High level of computer skills.
Must have very good grammar and writing skills.
