We are seeking an inspirational and transformational leader who will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing leadership team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is provided to the community.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred
- RN Active License
- 5 years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
- 3 years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired
- Inspirational, collaborative leadership style
- Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring a team, and ensuring positive working relationships with physicians
