This position supports the organization with clinical data analyst responsibilities.
This individual's responsibilities include:
a) data collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting.
b) managing and using existing systems, and building new systems to support the successful execution of the organization's Quality / Performance Improvement plan.
c) works directly with all levels of staff to consult, teach, and support the utilization of data management systems utilizing reporting tools and strategies.
d) will develop, apply, and execute analytical strategies and methodologies for performance improvement projects and support accreditation, regulatory, and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Must have a behavioral Health background.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, or health administration required or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in healthcare data management and analysis.
- Must possess strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- PC knowledge and experience to include: database management, statistical analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Midas+ products strongly preferred.
