Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PreOp PACU RN to join our team on PRN basis. As a PRN RN, you will play a crucial role in preparing patients for procedures and ensuring their safe recovery post-operation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preoperative assessments and preparations for patients scheduled for procedures
- Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and postoperative recovery progress
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management interventions
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about postoperative care and recovery instructions

Required Skills:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have at least 2-5 years' of nursing experience.
- Must have current BLS and ACLS.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
- Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians.
