Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

- Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate interest in our services
- Cold call decision-makers within target organizations and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure a seamless handover of leads
- Utilize various softwares to track leads, appointments, and outcomes
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align outreach efforts with overall company goals

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads and appointments for our sales team, manage digital calendars and coordinate with members on the team. The ideal candidate may have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for construction sales.
The compensation for this role will be hourly plus bonus based on appointment conversions.
