Overview:
Growing Electrical Contractor seeking a highly competent, upbeat, Scheduling Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating the service & project schedules while assisting team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily schedules, engaging with customers’ inquiries and scheduling & confirming appointments. This position requires a high level of customer service that is professional and friendly.
Previous Scheduling/Dispatching experiences is preferred. Electrical background a "plus", but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules that incorporate each of the job schedules with the office & field team.
- Provide information to Managers on items impacting the service schedule.
- Work with the team to enhance job flow to complete and close-out jobs.
- Communicate as required with customers, handling incoming calls and follow-up.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, filing and data entry as needed.
- Interact professionally with employees & customers.
- Work with cloud-based software to schedule and coordinate the field team.
- Perform well while multi-tasking responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Strong Customer Service background, minimum 3-years’ experience. Scheduling or Dispatch background is preferred. Electrical background is not required.
- Superior phone skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in computer and relevant applications is required, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google.
- Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills required to establish a rapport and manage relationships with employees and customers.
- Consistency in following schedule protocols.
- Strong performance in a team environment and able to work unsupervised at times.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
